About
Honest, independent analysis of the ad-tech business — ad networks, services, and where the market is really headed.
Who's writing this
I’m Cosmin, and I’ve spent more than ten years in ad tech — on both sides of the table. I’ve worked as a publisher, growing and monetizing my own audiences, and I’ve held publisher-facing leadership roles at several ad networks, where my job was making sure the publishers we partnered with genuinely came out ahead. Whichever seat I was in, the measure was the same: were the people running the websites actually better off for working with us?
adbench exists because clear, honest analysis of this industry is harder to find than it should be. A lot of what gets published about ad networks and ad-tech services is marketing wearing a journalist’s jacket. I wanted a place that simply tells you what is working, what is not, and why — network reviews, reads on the market, and insight from inside it — written by someone who has had to make these calls with real revenue and real publishers on the line.
I don’t write on a schedule. A new piece goes up when there is something genuinely worth your time: a network worth reviewing, a shift worth explaining, something worth passing on. Quality over quantity, every time. If that is useful to you, you are in the right place.
