Deepcoin affiliate program review: 90% is now the ceiling, the rules changed seven times in a year, and Seychelles says it is not licensed
Deepcoin pays agents up to 90% of referred fees since 1 October 2026, rewrote its rules seven times in a year and carries a Seychelles FSA warning.
Deepcoin’s affiliate program is the one with the biggest number in the exchange category and the least English about it. The application page promises “Daily Settlement”, “industry-leading commission rate” and a reply within 24 hours, and publishes no rate at all. The rates live in the Chinese-language partner-centre notices, and we read every one of them on 18 October 2026: seven rule documents since 27 October 2025, the latest of which, Channel Policy 5.0, took effect on 1 October 2026 and capped agent commission at 90% of the fee, with anything above that “deferred”. Commission on BTC and ETH perpetuals is multiplied by 0.90 before it reaches you, the money lands frozen and can be withdrawn after 22:00 the following day, the affiliate agreement lets either side walk away on five business days’ notice, and the Seychelles regulator said on 5 July 2026 that the company behind the site holds no authorisation there. Our score is 4.5/10.
Key points
- 90% is the ceiling since 1 October 2026. Channel Policy 5.0 (published 21 September 2026) opens 85% to anyone without review and ties 86% to 90% to 3,000 to 50,000 USDT of team trading fees in the trailing 30 days. The 95% tier that the June 2026 rules offered at 2 million USDT of monthly fees is gone; existing agents above 90% move to “90 plus deferred points”.
- The rate is applied to a discounted fee on the pairs that matter. The commission multiplier table (updated 1 October 2025) sets BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT at 0.90 and the coin-margined contracts and PAXGUSDT at 0.80. At the published 0.06% taker fee, an 85% agent earns 0.46 USDT per 1,000 USDT of BTC turnover, not 0.51.
- “Daily settlement” means credited today, usable tomorrow, withdrawable tomorrow night. The 3 August 2026 notice says commission normally sits frozen in the rebate account until 12:00 (UTC+8) the next day; since 5 August it is released early into the futures account automatically, every seven seconds while the agent is trading, and “cannot be withdrawn until after 22:00 the following day”. The sweep is on for every agent and cannot be switched off in the app.
- Five business days ends it, sixty days after the month pays it. Clause 7.2 of the agreement (last updated 6 November 2023) lets either party terminate on five business days’ written notice; clause 7.5 pays the closing balance “within sixty (60) days after the end of the calendar month” and stops referral fees from the termination date. Nothing in the documents promises lifetime attribution.
- Four company names and one regulator’s warning. The agreement names DEEPCOIN LIMITED under BVI law, the platform terms name DEEPCOIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED and ZAPTE PAY LTD. under Canadian law, and the Seychelles FSA warning of 5 July 2026 names DC Group Ltd., “formerly DEEPCOIN Global Limited”, as the operator with no authorisation and no application under the 2024 VASP Act.
Who runs the program
The Deepcoin Affiliate Program Agreement on the help centre opens with “Deepcoin is a cryptocurrency trading platform that is wholly owned by DEEPCOIN LIMITED”, describes that company as “a P2P (Peer-to-Peer) cryptocurrency derivatives exchange”, and in clause 14.1 chooses the laws and courts of the British Virgin Islands. The help centre dates it 6 November 2023; the text carries no version number of its own. The Terms of Service on the main site say the platform is “Wholly owned by DEEPCOIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED”, add that “ZAPTE PAY LTD. is an affiliated entity of Deepcoin, as both entities are under common ownership and control”, choose Canadian law in clause 13.1, and in their first paragraph claim precedence over “any other appendices, terms, or documents”. They carry no date. The older Terms of Use on the help centre, also dated 6 November 2023, still name DEEPCOIN LIMITED.
The British Columbia corporate register notice records ZAPTE PAY LTD., incorporation number 1522006, on 16 January 2025. The Financial Services Authority of Seychelles published a warning on 5 July 2026 about the platform “allegedly operated by the named entity DC Group Ltd. formerly DEEPCOIN Global Limited”, stating that “the company does not, nor has it had any authorization to operate under the Virtual Asset Service Providers Act, 2024 despite claims made on the platform and other third party mentions”, that “as per the IBC register, DEEPCOIN was incorporated on the 1st July 2025”, and that no application had been received. Neither name appears on the FSA’s list of licensed VASPs as of 18 October. CoinGecko describes the exchange as “established in 2018 and is registered in Seychelles” and lists an address at 6 Shenton Way in Singapore; the Trustpilot profile gives the contact country as the U.A.E. Four company names, two governing laws, and no clause saying which of them an affiliate can sue.
There is a real market behind the program. CoinGecko showed about $709 million of 24-hour spot volume, $524.0 million in exchange reserves and a Trust Score of 7/10 on 18 October, with maker and taker fees listed at 0.04% and 0.06%. Those are tracker figures; Deepcoin publishes no proof-of-reserves page we could find, and the reserve total says nothing about liabilities.
Seven rate-rule documents in eleven months
The affiliate agreement contains no rate. The rates sit in the Partner Centre category of the Chinese announcement centre and in the Chinese help centre; the English announcement centre lists the two newest notices with their publication times and no text. They have been rewritten at a pace that matters more than any single number:
| Document | Published | What it set |
|---|---|---|
| Partner assessment rules | 27 Oct 2025 | 30-day cycles on team fees and “effective users” (100 U of perpetual fees a month); one point off the rate per missed cycle “until the platform’s minimum” |
| Market conduct rules | 17 Nov 2025 | No advertising above 93% on social media; fines of 1,000 U then 3,000 U plus confiscated earnings, then permanent reduction or removal |
| Optimisation plan | 8 Dec 2025 | Up to 90% without review; 91% to 93% at 50,000 to 200,000 U of fees; floor 85%; one-point spread between levels |
| Assessment system 2.0 | 29 Jan 2026 | 30 days of counting, cut on day 61; upgrade to 93% at 100 effective users or 200,000 U |
| Assessment system 3.0 | 20 Mar 2026 | 60-day protection then 30 days of counting; half a point off per miss, floor 90%; spread cut to 0.1 point; 95% at 1,000 effective users or 2,000,000 U |
| Assessment system 4.0 | 30 Jun 2026 | From 1 July: 85% free; 86% to 89% by trailing 30-day team fees; 90% and above only after an interview with the CEO; 95% at 2,000,000 U; one point off per miss, floor 85%; spread back to one point |
| Partner rules for 1 August | 29 Jul 2026 | Ordinary tiers to 85%, “node” tiers 86% to 95%, the top needing 2 million USDT of trailing fees and five qualifying direct users. We read it in September; on 18 October it was no longer published |
| Channel Policy 5.0 | 21 Sep 2026 | From 1 October: 90% is the maximum; agents above it move to “90 plus deferred points”; 85% free, 86% to 90% at 3,000 to 50,000 USDT of trailing fees; advertising above 88% banned; penalties in withdrawal days |
The 4.0 and 5.0 documents say they apply to “Chinese-language-region agents across the platform”; 3.0 said “all agents”. The English partner page, the English help centre (whose partner section holds one article, a June 2024 dashboard update) and the agreement give an English-speaking affiliate no rate at all. Whatever you are offered will come from an account manager, and the documents above are the only public evidence of the ladder.
Commission structure
Commission is a share of the trading fee paid by the people you refer, settled per trade. The application page’s worked example is the only English arithmetic Deepcoin publishes: “VIP Affiliate A, whose commission ratio is 30%”, a referred trader generates “a transaction fee of 7 USDT”, and “A get commission of $2.1”. The page does not call 30% a default, and under the current policy it is nowhere near the floor. Channel Policy 5.0 sets the ladder by the team’s trading fees over the trailing 30 days:
| Agent rate | Team fees, trailing 30 days (USDT) | Taker turnover that implies at 0.06% |
|---|---|---|
| 90% (maximum) | at least 50,000 | about 83 million USDT |
| 89% | at least 30,000 | about 50 million USDT |
| 88% | at least 10,000 | about 17 million USDT |
| 87% | at least 5,000 | about 8 million USDT |
| 86% | at least 3,000 | 5 million USDT |
| 85% | none; “opened directly without review or assessment” |
Three things sit under that table. “Team fees” are the fees of everyone below you in the tree, agents and traders alike (the October 2025 rules give the example: a downline trader generates 1,000 U, that trader’s downline 500 U, your figure is 1,500 U). Your rate is a gross allocation: the Partner Centre guide has you set the rate on each invitation link and each sub-agent, capped at your own rate or the platform’s limit, and policy 5.0 requires at least one point between you and anyone below you, so an agent at 88% who hands 85% to a sub-agent keeps three points of the fee. And the rate is applied after the pair multiplier: BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT 0.90; BTCUSD, ETHUSD, XRPUSD, LTCUSD, BCHUSD, LINKUSD and PAXGUSDT 0.80; most altcoin perpetuals 1.00; a few dozen memecoin pairs 1.01 to 1.05 with a “subsidy cap” of 10,000 per pair. On the two contracts that carry most of any exchange’s volume, 90% is 81%.
Policy 5.0 also tells existing agents above 90% what happens to them: their rate “converts to a 90 plus deferred-points mechanism”, with the points above 90 going into “deferred payment”. The document does not say when deferred points are paid, or whether they are. New applicants who want more than 85% go through a “strict performance review”, then “a one-to-one interview with the CEO”; if they then reach the fee target of the rate they asked for within a three-month assessment, “the platform back-pays all prior commission differences”. The June 4.0 rules had spelled out that mechanism as 100% of the difference if the target was met in the first month, 70% in the second and 50% in the third, with the difference frozen in the meantime, and a demotion to the earned tier if it was not met at all. Miss the 90-day assessment later and the rate comes down; 4.0 said one point per miss with a floor at 85%, and 5.0 says only that “the platform will lower the agent’s commission rate”.
There is no CPA, no hybrid and no published sub-affiliate percentage: what a sub-agent earns is the rate you assign, out of your own share. The partner page’s own comparison grid calls its sub-affiliate arrangement “Super high sub-affiliate price difference rebate”, which is exactly what it is.
Attribution and cookies
Clause 4.3 of the agreement makes commission conditional on the referred client opening the account “using his/her/its unique Affiliate referral link/code”. No cookie length, no first-click or last-click rule and no clause about a user who arrives through two affiliates is published anywhere we read. The affiliate records in the API documentation return, for each referred account, the upstream account, the level in the tree, the rebate rate, the registration time and a KYC status (0 unverified, 1 under review, 2 verified, 3 rejected), so the tree is at least inspectable. The Partner Centre guide adds the operational rules: the rate on a link can only be changed before the user registers; a registered user’s rate can be changed “once every 30 days” after customer service approves it; and commission detail can be queried and exported for the last 30 days only, with older data “by contacting our customer service team”. Keep your own ledger.
Nothing promises that a referral is yours for life. The agreement’s only statement on duration is in clause 7.5: after termination “the Affiliate will not be entitled to referral fees occurring after the date” of termination. BloFin, Ourbit and most of the field write “lifetime” on the landing page and then qualify it; Deepcoin does not write it.
Payouts
“Daily Settlement” on the application page is a crediting cadence, not a payment. Clause 6.4 of the agreement says commission is paid “in different cryptocurrencies as described on Deepcoin’s website based on the referral trade made”, BTC for BTC trades, ETH for ETH trades, “credited to the Affiliate’s account” on the exchange. The 3 August 2026 notice on “100% real-time crediting” describes what that looks like today. Normally, it says, commission “enters the rebate account but the funds are frozen, and only become usable and withdrawable after being unfrozen at 12:00 the next day”. From 5 August 2026 every agent was switched to a mode in which the commission becomes available early and “is automatically transferred from the rebate account to the futures account”, every seven seconds while the agent is trading futures and every ten minutes otherwise, “so that the agent can keep using the commission for futures trading without waiting”. The commission released early “can only be withdrawn after 22:00 the following day”. The feature “cannot be turned on or off by the user in the app”; to turn it off you ask customer service. The notice ends by explaining that “100%” means the whole amount becoming usable, “not an increase of the commission rate to 100%”.
So the default path for an affiliate’s money is: earned per trade, swept into a futures margin account within seconds, withdrawable the next evening. The rebate-history API carries an “abnormal freeze” flag on every record and the dashboard has had a “risk-control freeze” query since its June 2024 update, which is where commission held under clauses 5.5 and 6.3 of the agreement (client disputes, “suspicious” trading, “fraud traffic”) will show up. Withdrawal itself costs what any user pays: the 18 March 2026 fee notice sets USDT withdrawals at 1.5 USDT on Arbitrum, BSC, Solana and Tron and 2 USDT on Ethereum, so a 10 USDT commission loses 15% on the way out. And the help centre’s deposit and withdrawal FAQ (updated 9 March 2025) states that withdrawals “can only be made after a first deposit has been completed”, with no minimum coin. An affiliate who has never funded the account cannot take commission out until they do.
Leaving is slower. Clause 7.5 gives Deepcoin “sixty (60) days after the end of the calendar month” of termination to pay the closing balance, “following the Company’s receipt of the Affiliate’s written notice”. Terminate on 2 November and the contract allows payment on 30 January.
The terms that bite
| Where | What it says |
|---|---|
| Agreement 7.2 | Valid “until it is terminated by either party (Company or Affiliate) by giving a five (5) business days written notice” |
| Agreement 7.3 | Deepcoin may “terminate or suspend without notice” for “malpractice, breach, failure, or other significant events” |
| Agreement 7.1 | Terms may be modified “at any time and at its sole discretion” by email or by posting; changes do not apply to commissions already earned “unless specifically agreed otherwise” |
| Agreement 5.5, 6.3 | Commission held back during any client dispute; delayed, recalculated or withheld for trading “deemed suspicious” or “fraud traffic”, at the company’s “sole discretion” |
| Agreement 3.17, 3.18 | Self-referral and multi-accounting banned; bidding on the Deepcoin name “strictly prohibited”; brand terms must be negative keywords in every paid campaign (3.18.2) |
| Agreement 3.19 to 3.21 | US affiliates accept separate “Guidelines for U.S. Affiliates” and may not call the platform “SEC compliant” or “CFTC compliant” |
| Platform terms 2.10(i) | Residents of China, Hong Kong, the United States and Canada “are not permitted to hold positions on Deepcoin or enter into contracts” |
| Policy 5.0, section II | No advertising a rate above 88% “on domestic or foreign social media”; no releasing a rate above your own; no poaching other Deepcoin agents’ agents or users |
| Policy 5.0, section IV | First violation: withdrawals restricted for 15 days plus 50% of the month’s commission deducted; second: one month plus 100%; third: agent status cancelled and “the users under their name belong to the platform” |
| Policy 5.0, section III | A “channel ecosystem inspection group” patrols social media, communities and chat rooms; an in-app reporting entry pays informants 30% of the violator’s fine |
Two rows deserve a second look. The agreement admits US affiliates while the platform terms bar US residents from trading, so an American publisher can be paid to send traffic the referred users are not allowed to generate. And the policy 5.0 penalties are paid in the currency that matters to an affiliate: advertising “up to 90%” on X, two points above the cap, costs half a month’s commission and a fortnight without withdrawals on the first offence. The November 2025 conduct rules fined in U; the September 2026 ones fine in access to your own balance.
On paid acquisition the agreement is specific: no brand bidding, negative-match “Deepcoin” everywhere. Display on a crypto network such as Coinzilla is not restricted by the contract, but the 88% advertising cap applies to the creative, and incentivised traffic is not mentioned at all, which with a “fraud traffic” clause decided at “sole discretion” is not the same as permitted.
What affiliates report
Deepcoin’s Trustpilot profile showed 2.8 from 12 reviews on 18 October 2026, 67% of them one star and 25% five star, with Trustpilot’s own labels “Hasn’t replied to negative reviews” and “2 reviews in the last 12 months”; the profile has been claimed since March 2024. None of the twelve is from an affiliate. A 25 May 2024 reviewer describes a withdrawal that could not be cancelled; a 12 December 2025 five-star reviewer says “It’s been working well for me for the last 2 yrs, had no issues on withdrawal or anything”; and a 29 May 2024 one-star review is about a look-alike site, “www 0b3c com”, which the reviewer says “is not an official Deepcoin trading platform”, so at least one of the twelve is not about Deepcoin at all.
We found no dated affiliate non-payment thread. What we found instead is the market the policy documents are trying to police: a 14 July 2026 Bitcointalk post from an intermediary calling itself a “Business Development (BD) Alliance” that offers “top-tier master-level commission rates (up to 80%) from month one” on twelve exchanges including Deepcoin, by “bypassing the standard entry requirements”. That is recruitment, not a payout record, and it is the kind of channel that Deepcoin’s inspection group, whistleblower bounty and 30-day history window exist to catch. Treat the absence of complaints as the absence of English-language affiliates writing them, not as evidence of payment.
Deepcoin against the alternatives
The honest unit is commission per 1,000 USDT of futures taker turnover at each exchange’s published regular fee, before any rebate you pass down. Deepcoin’s 0.06% comes from its September 2025 fee notice (“the platform’s default rates: Taker: 0.06%, Maker: 0.04%”) and matches CoinGecko’s listing on 18 October.
| Program | Rate used | Taker fee | Per 1,000 USDT | Credit timing | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Deepcoin, 85% free tier | 85%, then 0.90 on BTC/ETH | 0.06% | 0.51 USDT (0.46 on BTCUSDT) | Per trade, swept to futures account; withdrawable after 22:00 next day | Ends on five business days’ notice |
| Deepcoin, 90% ceiling | 90%, then 0.90 on BTC/ETH | 0.06% | 0.54 USDT (0.49 on BTCUSDT) | Same | Same |
| Deepcoin, landing-page example | 30% | 0.06% | 0.18 USDT | Same | Same |
| BloFin | 40% / 45% / 50% | 0.06% | 0.24 / 0.27 / 0.30 USDT | Hourly, USDT, to the funding account | “Lifetime”, reassessed every three months |
| Ourbit | 50% plus 10% of sub-affiliates | 0.04% | 0.20 USDT | Calculated the next day | “Lifetime” |
| KCEX | 100% | 0.01% | 0.10 USDT | Daily | Campaign-based |
On the arithmetic Deepcoin wins: its free tier pays about twice BloFin’s first level per unit of turnover, because the exchange keeps 15 points of the fee instead of 60. Everything else in this review is the price of that number. BloFin publishes its ladder in English against three-month targets (1, 5 and 10 million USDT and 10, 50 and 100 traders); Ourbit publishes 50%, credits the next day and carries an FCA warning of its own. Our BloFin review, Ourbit review and KCEX review read those contracts in full, and the exchange affiliate comparison sets ten more programs on the same axes. The nearest case in this series is Tapbit: a tall advertised ceiling, a rate card in another language and a licence story that does not survive the registers.
Verdict
We rate the Deepcoin affiliate program 4.5/10. The rate is the highest published in this category and the settlement mechanics are better documented than most: per-trade credits, per-record freeze flags, a thirty-day export, an API. Against that: the rates are published only in Chinese, only for “Chinese-language-region agents”, and have been rewritten seven times in eleven months, most recently to cut the ceiling to 90% and invent “deferred points” for the agents above it; BTC and ETH commission is discounted by a tenth before your rate applies; the money is swept into a futures account you cannot opt out of in the app, withdrawable the following evening at the earliest and never without a first deposit; either side can end the agreement on five business days’ notice with the closing balance due up to sixty days after the month; the penalties are paid in withdrawal days and halves of a month’s commission; and the regulator of the country the exchange says it is registered in has stated in writing that the operator is not authorised and has not applied. Published tiers and a payout cadence inside a week argue for the middle of our CEX scale; termination without cause, no lifetime attribution, a regulator’s warning and a rate card an English-speaking affiliate cannot read put it below Ourbit and level with Tapbit. If you run a large Chinese-language futures community and can meet the 30-day fee ladder, the economics are real and the documents say exactly how you will be assessed. If you buy traffic in English against repeat commission, five business days is the length of your contract.
FAQ
What is the Deepcoin affiliate commission?
Since 1 October 2026, 85% of the referred trading fee without review and up to 90% once your team’s trailing 30-day fees reach 3,000 to 50,000 USDT, under Channel Policy 5.0 of 21 September 2026. BTCUSDT and ETHUSDT commission is multiplied by 0.90 and the coin-margined contracts by 0.80. The English application page publishes no rate; its worked example uses 30%.
When does Deepcoin pay affiliates?
Commission is credited per trade in the currency traded and, since 5 August 2026, swept automatically into the agent’s futures account within seconds to minutes; it can be withdrawn after 22:00 (UTC+8) the following day. Withdrawals cost 1.5 USDT on most networks and 2 USDT on Ethereum, and require a completed first deposit on the account. After termination the closing balance is due within sixty days after the end of the month.
Is the Deepcoin affiliate program legit?
There is a signed-style agreement, a documented dashboard and API, and a live market of about $709 million a day by CoinGecko’s count. There is also a Seychelles FSA warning of 5 July 2026 saying the operator, DC Group Ltd., holds no authorisation and has not applied, four different company names across the documents, and no English-language rate card. Treat it as a real but unregulated counterparty whose terms you cannot rely on past five business days.
Does Deepcoin pay affiliates for life?
Nothing says so. Clause 7.2 of the agreement lets either party terminate on five business days’ written notice and clause 7.5 ends referral fees from that date. The assessment rules also lower your rate if your team’s fees fall below the tier’s threshold over a 90-day cycle.
What is the difference between a Deepcoin referral and a VIP affiliate?
Any user has an invitation link; the application page’s “VIP Affiliate” is the agent tier with access to the Partner Centre, custom-rate links, sub-agents and the 30-day export. In the policy documents these agents are the “代理” (agents) whose ladder runs from 85% to 90% by team fees; agents who want more than 85% as new applicants go through a performance review and an interview with the CEO.
Can affiliates bid on the Deepcoin brand or advertise the rate?
No to brand bidding: clause 3.18 of the agreement bans it and 3.18.2 requires “Deepcoin” as a negative keyword in every paid campaign. The rate may be advertised only up to 88% on any social media under Channel Policy 5.0; a first breach costs 15 days of withdrawals and half the month’s commission, a second a month and all of it, a third the agent status and the agent’s users.
adbench.io earns nothing from the programs discussed here. We do not use referral links.
